Such a breathtaking place! Beautiful café and a really beautiful gift shop on the front with clothes, household goods, plants, art etc. The dishes and coffee were amazing and rival everything in Brisbane, even so great prices compared to what we pay in the city. Very recommended!
Fantastic lunch experience. Great potion and tasty taste. Waffle is not so impressive. Fork bell on the okonomiyaki is sensational!!!
We're here on the way through Warwick and we're so glad we made it! A so sweet place with a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. We were super impressed by the layout of the children's room and the small gift shop. There was a wide selection of both indoor outdoor plants unquie pots for a very good price. We wanted us to have time to eat for something the food they brought out looked delicious!!
WGG is an amazing place, somewhat like Dr Who's Tardis. The humble and moderately sized storefront leads you into a large, long property that houses an impressive gift shop, spacious cafe and, hence the name, a varied and unique nursery section. We arrived on the dot of 2pm and, unfortunately, were told the kitchen had just closed. The awesome staff, however, went to the chef, twisted his little rubbery arm and, before we knew it, we were graced with 60 magical seconds in which to order. We decided on a Fritter Stack and the Pork Peach Salad, accompanied by a large serve of Sweet Potato Fries (and with a much appreciated large serve of aioli! . Drinks consisted of a chai latte and a flat white. Without going into too much detail, every aspect of our lunch was excellent. The meals were well portioned, had ingredients aplenty and were very tasty. The cuppas were also really good. Lunch was followed by a wander through the nursery. Again, this facet of the business was impressive and strangely entertaining. The clever use of props and buildings has created a an experience that blends plant shopping with art, imagination and childlike pleasure. I'm not the green thumb in the family yet really enjoyed my wander through the aisles. And let's not forget the gelato and dress shops that reside at the very rear of the property! Upon exiting, we browsed through the gift shop which contained a variety of items and, although we didn't make a purchase, it was only through sheer willpower! Overall, our WGG adventure surpassed our expectations. The staff were lovely, the food was fantastic and the nursery was surprisingly fun (as well as providing a handful of different plants that we opted to buy .
