Definitely one of the best places in the Hudson Valley!

Tomas' is an excellent cook. Tomas and Lynne put heart and soul in this wonderful unique restaurant in the Hudson Valley. Every bite I have experienced is better than a previous bite and the cream brulee is the bomb!! The tapas menu offers so many delicious ways that a visit will not do. Everyone in the Hudson Valley should give them an attempt, you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Tomas has been part of our lives for ten years and we have used its catering services for our business and personal parties.... the food is always amazing and the service is above expectations. Tomas hosted the 50. My husband's birthday party this Saturday and everything from the food, ambience, service, was excellent. Our guests shaved over the food and enjoyed themselves. Thank you. Awesome food, our waiter Brandon was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. BBQ special was out of this world!. Live music was great
