Cafe Maya - Wappingers Falls

Awesome bartender, rest of staff we interacted with were friendly as well. Food and drinks were great, and although they were busy there was no wait time. Definitely going back!

I am rating this restaurant a three because the service was good. The host was very friendly and the server was sweet and attentive. We sat on the terrace on a nice cool night. However, I am deducting a star because they allow people to smoke right next to the terrace. Throughout my entire meal, I had to breathe in cigarette smoke. For this reason, I would not return to this restaurant.

I recently had a late lunch at NYC Transport Court before catching a train home. The menu was very intriguing and I decided to try the pulled pork tacos, which were absolutely amazing. I also enjoyed a refreshing glass of white sangria. I will definitely need a designated driver for my next visit to this restaurant! One thing that impressed me was that they provided a bowl of water for my service dog. Bonus points for that thoughtful gesture!

The restaurant offers excellent service and delicious Mexican flavors. The service, meal type, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5. The price per person ranges from $20 to $30. Recommended dish: Sopa de Tortilla.
