The Nelson - Wantage United Kingdom

Eating was nice, the staff was polite and they poured a good pint. the only problem I can see is the pool table very expensive at £ 1.50 a good bit more than anywhere else. all in all it was a beautiful experience.

Whether it’s a planned visit or a spur of the moment drop in for a drink or food (or both! , we really enjoy going to the Lord Nelson. The pub has a lively yet relaxed and friendly atmosphere, good food and service, and Jenny and the team always make us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

Great table service, lovely staff, food came out in good time and was cooked well. Have come last 3 times in last couple of months and will come back soon. Good value also.

Myself and my partner both had a roast chicken dinner yesterday and it was delicious. The only thing I would moan about is the long wait to be served....
