I have waited almost a month and have not recieved a response. This was the message I left them. I was just in and ordered almost $77 of food. The money bags (way to sweet, I mean dessert sweetness and all I could taste was coconut) Golden wings that were the best dish of the lot, but flavourless and with obviously a bottled dipping sauce. Tom yum goong, ( inedible, way way way to sweet ). The crying tiger was just a piece of rump with vegetables with no spice no thai basil, no garlic just bland like bbq steak ( but on the up side it was the only dish we could eat. The green curry again no ballance just way to sweet, again inedible. And the last dish was the massaman curry, this was inedible as well and was the worst of all the food we bought, this again was way way to sweet and over powered by the bucket of cinnamon in it. We are extremely disapointed in to quality of all the food we bought. On the upside, the rice was good.
The lastest Thai offering in Wangaratta and by far the best Thai food in the area. Restaurant is the usual basic asian decor but the food is fantastic and staff very friendly. Very good for a casual meal and great take away.
Ate in one night - very busy. Only received one of the main meals we ordered. No further table service and unable to catch the eye of the waitress we decided to call it a night, pay and leave. The food we had was great, but the service left a lot to be desired.Have tried to order take away for delivery since on several occasions but have been told on each occasion 'the driver called in sick' (this has happened to other family members as well). Have kind of lost patience with the place now, which is a shame because the food really was very good.
Looks like they had just acquired neighbouring lot unless they did not furnish it the same as it appeared incomplete. Decor not very inviting.Service was slow. Had to look around to get attention when finally older lady approached. Lovely enough and she apologised. Other staff seemed young and incompetent or inexperienced. Under my plate there were ants on the table. Husband had ant in his drink water. The red curry with crispy pork was good. Curry on the mild side. Crispy pork was crispy. Nice chunky pieces. Good size servings. Served with vegetables. The massaman bbq lamb was ok. Sauce too sweet. 3 pieces of bbq lamb. Served with only potatoes and onions.Rice servings per serve is too small. Tasty but not an authentic thai experience. I guess you could call it fusion. Both pork and lamb not cooked in the sauces but added at the end on top of the sauces thats why pork is crispy and lamb still bbqed. The pork was the better dish.
This was not a great Thai dining experience! The curry puffs lacked any curry flavor, the coconut rice was overly sweet, the red curry was too mild to be considered a curry, and the crying tiger beef was tough and chewy. On the bright side, the deep-fried spring rolls were decent.
