Vanda Thai - Walnut Creek

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. The cucumber tasted strange, like it had been treated with chemicals. I thought it might have been a one-time mistake, so I decided to give them another chance. However, today when I ordered the Lucas Fried Rice, I found egg shells in it even though I didn't order eggs. I have a photo of the second shell I found. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

The restaurant is small and has a very limited seating. The interior is lacking any of the design touch. Does require some major upgrades. Really appreciate some authentic wall art pictures and canvases of Phuket.There’s only one person taking orders and running the entire place. Sometimes when the phone rings, customer may get unnoticed. Overall service is relatively good, once you get an attention.Food served timely, however, the quality might use some improvements. Tom Kha was a bit over-salted and came on the lower bottom of a bowl. Fresh roll is all unevenly cut and came in different sizes. Kia noodles were very tasty. Nice, plain, white dishes the food is served on.Overall a place to try and add to your list.

I visited Vanda Thai to reconnect with a friend I hadn't seen in nearly two decades. She had raved about the restaurant and we decided to meet there for lunch. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious! The Thai Iced Tea was incredibly tasty. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent curry noodles veggies with peanut sauce is also excellent sauce is light not thick and heavy like most places service is great and super fast will be back!

Used to be good. I think it was sold. Food is not very good now. The curries are too watery almost like Soup. No flavor at all. Seems like they are skimping on ingredients. My son liked Pad Se Ew. Looking for another better goto Thai in the area !
