T4 - Walnut Creek

Loves the food there especially popcorn chickens. Recently I ordered the beef udon soup. It is pleasantly surprised it came with marinated boiled egg. Soup was good and noodle was good texture.

This place is very dirty and the drinks took 40 min to make because both front employees were late to open the store. The employee who worked in the kitchen opened the store and told us to pay at the kiosk. We were stuck there with no way to leave, get our order, or get our money back. Dirt everywhere, unsanitary and horrible customer service.

Ordered smoothie but it’s not really smoothie. They just put some natural flavors with ice, ridiculous. Kiosk also charged tip without knowing, found out from paper receipts. Not good overall.

Somehow had a bad enough experience to write this review which I never do. I waited a full 30 minutes for my order and when they started to call numbers way after mine I politely asked the cashier when it would be ready. They then told me that my order had somehow been lost. To make it worse I paid to add 2x boba which makes my drink significantly more expensive and after 40 minutes of waiting they hand me a drink with no boba just to tell me they ran out a while ago. On no planet would I have ordered this drink without boba and I still had to pay for the extra boba??? Why is that okay. Truly a terrible experience.

They forgot my straws, which are kind of necessary for boba tea. Mildly irritating experience, but it has only happened once out of 100 other times I've ordered
