Sasa - Walnut Creek

Sasa boasts an impressive concept, combining Asian fusion cuisine with sushi offerings. There are also plenty of choices for those who aren't sushi fans. The food is delightful, though it is on the pricier side. When we visited, the restaurant seemed to be short-staffed, leading to slow service and a bit of confusion with food delivery. Despite these hiccups, I still think it's worth a second visit.

This is the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. It was incredibly fresh and practically melted in my mouth. Every roll was outstanding, and the fatty tuna nigiri was absolutely remarkable. Even the popcorn chicken and heirloom tomato salad were delightful. I was also pleasantly surprised by the truffle edamame, especially since I’m not usually a fan, but my 3-year-old loved it! The prices were a bit steep, but that’s common in Walnut Creek. The service was excellent too. I really hope we can go back soon!

The food was exceptional, as it always is. The atmosphere was lovely. However, the service felt a bit laid-back; our waiter appeared to be lacking enthusiasm.

Good over priced, high seats are super crowded not comfortable at all. Tables so small that did not fit plates. Not comfortable for dining.

Great nite- need better playlist the restaurant. None of us liked the background music.
