Pork belly bites so dry couldn't eat them fish n salad below average salad was tomato and spinach.....Guy behind the bar was very friendly and helpful...

Small suburban hotel in Wallsend NSW near Newcastle, well appointed dining area, not too noisy with lots of space. Simple but great Menu with sensible prices! During Monday to Thursday they offer fantastic specials but otherwise prices are more than reasonable! We will travel back there for sure!

Ordered the fire station special pizza which was flooded with bbq sauce and overloaded with sloppy jalapenos. You won't need a doggy bag you need a sick bag. Gnocchi was yuck.

We all enjoyed our meals last night, good quality and delicious definately recommend especially Dukkah coated duck breast with Asion greens..empty plates.

Dropped in here last Friday night, and was quite happy with the choice. Covid rules were strictly applied which is what you need to do these days. Great range beers on tap, and nice and cold. The meals were very nice. I had a steak. Cooked to medium as requested, veggies were cooked well. My partner has the fish special. The Barramundi had a really crispy skin and the accompanying veggies were again well cooked. AND the plates were warmed. I’m sure we will be back.
