Crossbuck Brewing - Walla Walla

I was traveling through, and came in for an early dinner and a beer. The sandwich was fine and the beer was excellent. Kind of surprising that they add a 20% service charge to the bill, without any notice. I would have left a 20% tip anymore, but now I'm supposed to also add a tip on top of the 20%? No thanks; and I won't be back.

My experience was decent, but I really can't support the 20% service fee. If the fee were distributed among the staff, I would be fine with it. However, the restaurant keeps 100% of the service fee! This is completely unreasonable and reflects poor business practices.

Consistently a great meal with above average service. We dined at Crossbuck last night. It was our servers first night as a server. He was extremely thorough and friendly. Not common these days.

Best burger and service in town. Try their special appetizers and drinks when you can. I have yet to have anything here I do not love.

"We had a rough start getting seated and settled, but the super attentive staff quickly turned things around. We ended up having an incredible birthday dinner for my husband with wonderful food and excellent conversation with everyone that served our table. Thank you WWSC for a very enjoyable evening.
