The coffee was decent, but adding syrup made it too sweet. I regret that choice. The gelato was also good. The restaurant's street corner location is fantastic, with ample seating both indoors and outdoors. Free parking is easy to find nearby.
We had an incredible experience at this charming patisserie with a friendly staff and a wide selection of gelato flavors and beautiful pastries. They also offer freshly made beverages to enjoy. We tried the saffron basil gelato, with the basil flavor standing out as a favorite. It had a perfect combination of basil, sweetness, and creamy texture. Even our 13 year old son, who loves basil, couldn't get enough of it. The staff was fantastic and the outdoor seating set up for Covid precautions was well done. Additionally, the bathroom was clean and tidy. Thank you for a delicious experience!
Wonderful French pastries. Hot chocolate is European style-so good! Only gelato in town. It is pretty good but not excellent. Not very kid friendly like other coffee shops in town.
My 5 star experience at Colville Street Patisserie began as I walked through the front door and was kindly greeted by a handsome man in a cowboy hat who was cleaning the display windows. Those display windows were SPOTLESS! The staff was so helpful in telling me about which pastries were the most popular, and what the ingredients were. I bought a a pastry that is pronounced like Queen something but I forget what it's called! I also bought a mini pie.... YUM YUM Last but certainly not least, their water was the best on earth!!!! It was cold and free.99. My friends and I greatly appreciate the friendly faces and positive attitudes. 5 stars to everyone! Thank you!
