The meals have always been fine, but during our last visit, we were unable to even finish our dishes. The food lacked flavor and texture, instead being overly wet and sticky. It seems like they may have changed management or something, as they seem to have lost their touch.
I recently visited this restaurant for lunch. At first, I thought it was closed because it was empty. I didn't have any issues with the service, since I was the only customer. Everything was fine. I was expecting a bit more variety and creativity in the menu options.
I am a local resident and recently dined at Thai Riffic twice. The service was friendly and our meals were served quickly and efficiently. They were willing to customize our dishes based on our spice level preferences and sauce preferences. The flavors were authentic and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The menu has a lot of options to choose from. The atmosphere is family-friendly and the restaurant is of medium size. A bonus is that it is BYO (wine only) and there is a large bottle shop (Jim's Cellars) conveniently located right behind the restaurant.
Had taken the deliveries, arrived a little early, good, tasty okay, but expensive and the size of the portions were clearly designed to anorexic appetitabilities, three nets, although allegedly quite different meal times had the same tasting. we will not come back
The food here is pretty good but over time the restaurant looks tired and has no atmosphere anymore. The lights are too bright and white, the feature light has most bulbs not working, thee are Christmas and Halloween decorations still up!!! The lovely little wall...candles don’t get lit. The whole place needs some love. Kids satay chicken meal is great for the little ones. We’ve had some lovely meals here o my dish I’ve not liked was a squid dish which was really chewy.
