Huapai Tavern - Waitakere

I have always loved the Huapai and visit regularly, even though I'm from West Auckland and not a local. The service is great (especially Sue, who is the bar manager at the times I most visit) and I just love the old school kiwi pub atmosphere with the bar menu, pokies, TAB and outside seating. Been there a few times when the bands are on and it's always a good time for listening or singing along. Have eaten there a few times and never had a bad experience with the classic pub menu. Great little place to visit or become a regular.
