Thorne Street Cafe - Wagga Wagga

I visited this cafe on a bitterly cold morning to have breakfast. The service people could see how cold I was and gave me a blanket to warm up. Luxury! I also enjoyed my meal.I noticed that a large number of people turned up to get their early morning coffee before work so it must be a pretty good place.

Wow just paid $8.90 for a toasted ham and cheese sandwich that was only toasted on one side. Menu very limited, cost expensive. Cool drinks choice limited. Won't be returning.

Located down town Wagga Wagga. Has good coffee and light snacks. Great for a light lunch or Sunday Morning coffee.

The Thorne Street cafe, once the Thorne Street corner store, is unique in decor and menu. Outdoor seating only, and space can be limited during lunch time. Great quality food and take-away available. Plenty of parking.

Thought we would give this a go before work as we like to support locals. Bit disappointed in the length of time it took to get our food but it is very popular at that hour of the morning. I know that they have now purchased a bigger coffee machine so hopefully that would help. The food was great but a bit on the exie side for what you get and being able to sit outside is also a bonus while the weather has been so nice.
