A rainy day is a good day to visit Natalie at Shipleys at Valley Mills Cobbs. They rarely run out of the most popular donuts, they continue to make them Natalie keeps the smile and hospitality coming. I made my morning a little brighter, so I'm on it. Thank you. Natalie for good customer service and hospitality, I appreciate it.

I go in one early morning. (I haven't been here in a long while and I won't be going back) but anyway I come in and that lady that come to the register has a whole attitude!! She has a ugly look on her face and she making faces every time I order something. So I ask is there a problem why do you have a attitude and it completely went hay wire after that she started going off on me screaming at me in front of everybody and the manager finally came around after I called her over and she literally had to hold the girl back this is so unprofessional and disrespectful. What kind of ppl are you'll hiring to let them disrespect your customers like that and all the manager said is I wil talk with her.
