If you're in Waco, absolutely make it here, the food was amazing, the family that runs it treats you just like family. My sister was impressed they made yellow squash taste magical. Honestly if you're in Waco go here.

My family visited the Waco area in April and decided to try a restaurant based on Yelp reviews. We were pleased with our decision. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. This restaurant doesn't have a set menu; they change it up daily, so each visit is unique. On the day we dined there, they had ripe, juicy peaches served with various side dishes. I especially enjoyed the green ones. The banana pudding was out of this world. The live saxophone player added a special touch to our dining experience. We will definitely return next time we are in Waco.

We arrived around noon and found a hidden gem for lunch. It was Grill Friday with options like smoked ribs, sausage, chicken, and fried fish. My husband enjoyed the ribs with green beans while I opted for the fried fish, both were delicious. The peach cobbler was also a highlight, especially for those with a sweet tooth. Overall, a great find off the beaten path.

This restaurant offers some of the best Southern comfort food I have ever had! My wife and I both tried the oxtails and they were falling off the bone. The fried chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The mac and cheese was decadent. The collard greens were tender and cooked perfectly. Overall, our experience was fantastic! We visited on a Sunday, so we suggest arriving early to avoid them running out of food. And be sure to save room for dessert - you won't want to miss out on their delicious options!

I live almost 10 years in waco and never knew about this little jewel! the food is served breakfast buffet and offers a selection of southern cuisine! I have the 3 meat plate with meat leaf, fried chicken and a huge pork rib. everyone was so good! the personal is exceptionally nice and it was obvious that they like to eat people great and they really appreciate their customers. the owner served us and she was super nice! she told us that the daily offers change from day to day so I can not wait to go back and try some of their other dishes. amazing comfort food and a decent price, I highly recommend!
