Bush's Chicken - Waco

I absolutely love this restaurant! Even though I don’t live in Texas, I make it a point to stop by Bush’s Chicken every time I visit. The chicken is consistently delicious, and I'm a big fan of the mashed potatoes. I really wish they had a location closer to where I live!

It can be quite a challenge, especially during busy times. However, the food is consistently excellent, and the service is quick.

I had a great experience at Bushes Chicken during my previous visit. However, I was quite disappointed with the sweet tea. It had a strange taste, and when I emptied the cup, I found black particles floating in it. This was really off-putting, and I had to pour it down the sink. Despite this issue, I don’t plan on giving up on this place entirely; I’ll be back to try more of their food. I hope I won’t encounter this issue with the sweet tea again in the future.

They hire MIDWAY students, which deserves an A+ in my book. However, they lose a star for not keeping their prices low on their Tender Tuesday special; I can no longer afford to dine there. Overall, the food is 5, the service is 5, and the atmosphere is also 5.
