Przekaż informację zwrotnąI'm getting everyone just to be brief. I had a pick-up on the side after waiting for about 15 minutes after the pick-up time and 20 minutes after check-in on the website. I noticed there were other cars waiting for the crash. I'm going in to find my cold order that's just sitting on a dirty metal shelf in the door, for the board pickup area. I got my cold food and nobody's here, then I hear a dame saying that it's sorry we don't get to the car anymore. when I walk into my truck, the dame that was parked next to me since I arrived, she rolls down to ask if I have to go in to get my order? it begins a chain reaction of people who have used the app and now have to pick up their cold food from the inside. do they better kerl or just stop talking online orders if they can't handle it. if not for the door dash and other services I am sure that this chilis would be out of business.
They were said to be shorthanded what is normal nowadays. we got 2 of four drinks 30 minutes after sitting, from another waiter. our children only got drinks an hour later after eating. I ordered a veggieburger who was so terribly burned. I never touched my food or got help. our waitress was not busy, she just never checked us. fortunately, I finally talked to the bartender so we can pay to go. we traveled all day. I never have to eat. we are starved again on the road and two hours behind the schedule. we will never try chili again.
Came to dinner at 2/8/22, that was at 7 or 8 o'clock. the first was that the host simply sat us in the bar on a high table without asking what our sitting was. then we sat there about 10 minutes before our waitress, a young blonde girl took our drink order and we let her know that we were ready to order our food too. we just have to drink a Dr.pepper and a sprit, southwesterly egg rolls and two burgers. I wanted to order other things, but our waitress had no opportunity to explain elements on the menu and did not want to risk it. we sat there waiting and waiting. while the girls were getting their margaritas next to us, we waited for fountain drinks. only after we got the appetizers out and the bar-tarif told us we didn't get any drinks. When our waitress finally came back to our table, she had the dinge set up and went away immediately, I couldn't ask for something. when our food came out, my burger was burned and the other burger was raw, is there no consistency with cooking? I was completely disconnected from my eating and wanted to go after all the experience, I had to get the host back down to get our scary and togo boxes because even if our waitress had 2 tables, she was not where to find. very disappointing experience.
I first asked after no one ranch and they gave me a ranch on my burger and when they returned it to “fix” they just took it away and gave it back. So I asked her to remake it and she gave me a burned patty, but at least there was no ranch I think
Excellent food, great service.. very happy with this chili location.
