Mcdonald's - W Canton

After I placed my order at the kiosk, I waited for 10 minutes and never got my order. The girl said twice she would be right with me. Nope!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! Ridiculous….and they get $12 or more an hour. They should all be fired! I would have given them a zero rating if I could have.

Absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. My kids happy meal had 4 fries, A cheeseburger that looks stepped on and expired Apples. Gross ?

Food is cold. Fries are old. And you didn't send my nuggets. I can't even find a phone number to call this store. So annoying.

Went for iced coffees. Had to pay tax, never before have I paid a tax at drive through. Also asked for cream and extra sugar. One coffee came no creamTold lady at window BOTH TAKE CREAM AND EXTRA SUGAR. She acted like I ruined her day making a guttural complaint. Also asked if they both had extra sugar, she said yeah. TOLD HER YHERE BETTER BE OR I'LL MAKE A PHONE CALL TO CORPRATE. I GET JOME NO SUGAR IN EITHER ONE. COFFEE WAS BITTER AS HELL.TRIED TO CALL THEM TO COMPLAIN TO MANAGER. THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE# TO CALL.SP I CALLED CORPORATE. Save your self some grief and anger , DO NOT STOP AT THE ONE ON RAFF ROAD. GO TO ANOTHER ONE , OR BURGER KING ACROSS THE ROAD.
