Varvary - Vologda

The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, good interior design, but the food was expensive. Update: didn't survive the pandemic. Closed.

It's a shame that it's closed, but it was very good.

I went during the day, the buffet. A varied menu, of course, as far as possible. Everything is fresh. What is important, the delicious coffee is included, but you need to ask for it to be brewed, not everyone knows this.

The restaurant is closed, the equipment is dismantled, the furniture has been removed. It used to be a great restaurant!

We specifically came to this establishment to eat steaks, but they were not available...I am not mistaken. The waitress told us that the meat would be delivered after 7:00 pm, so we had to make do with what was available. Specifically, beef in beer. Yes, it was very delicious, but driving halfway across town for something I could make myself is not an option. Despite all of the above, the table and menu were reserved three weeks in advance.
