And it was the best restaurant out of the three. Pleasant bright interior, good background music, the most friendly and hospitable staff (we were served by Evgenia , and the food is excellent (a little linguine pasta with shrimp and artichoke is peculiar, but maybe they will correct it : . Definitely recommend to visit in Vologda.
Good restaurant. Prices are low from 200 rubles. Romantic music. Of the shortcomings, practically, the lack of parking.
Restaurant Burrata, Vologda. If you have two hours and are willing to spend it waiting for food, go to Burrata. I won't get ahead of myself. About everyone in order. We read the reviews, booked a table and went. On the first floor we put our things in the cloakroom and went up to the second. We were shown to a table, we didn’t have to go far, it was near the stairs, we were warned about this when we made the reservation. No problem. Pros: Interesting presentation, delicious veal, melted in your mouth (although my husband ordered a steak, but they just brought him a piece of meat, that’s not the point) Prices are reasonable. Of the minuses: It was very noisy in the hall, not even laughter, but laughter and shouting. It felt like we weren’t going to a restaurant, but to some sports bar and went to drink beer. And the most interesting thing is that no one makes any comments to them (I’m talking about the administration), like that’s how it should be. Horror. The order was placed at 18.15, the first dish was brought at 19.00 (soup for me and salad for my husband), the second at 19.45 (meat for my husband and lasagna for me) ... ****, it looks like the lasagna took all these 1.5 hours to prepare... Burnt, dry and not juicy.. Okay, everything can happen, maybe the cook had a difficult day, maybe he prepared this lasagna “under the knife” especially for us. Don't know! BUT the waiter should have warned us that the lasagna and meat would be ready in 1.5 hours, and the salad and soup in 45 minutes. It's his job, actually... I am for constructive criticism and honest feedback. Although, of course, all this is subjective. Still different. And yes, anything can happen, we are all human. But you need to respect others. People came to the restaurant to relax, eat and socialize in a relaxed atmosphere. And waiters need to warn guests IN ADVANCE when they book a table by phone or accept an order that the dish will take so long to prepare. This is what they do in all restaurants where they work for the client! Why this is not in Burrata is not clear.. And yes, boarding at 18.15 was not complete.
And the studio is a whale, ideal of servike, dicius food and unnobutrusiva intimat, and vulde is a separate mark that a shark of a culted character. 10/10 Definers! It's just an amazing place with perfect maintenance, delicious food and a non-existent camera atmosphere. I want to pay a special tribute to highly skilled personnel. Thanks for being so careful with the guests. 10/10 is clear!
Hello! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The interior is luxurious and has a professional vibe. The kitchen has a unique twist to it. The staff is excellent! The dishes themselves are quite good, but they could use a bit more richness in flavor. Other than that, it's a decent place!
