Subway - Virginia Beach

I walked into a Subway and noticed an older white female employee sitting down and chatting with a colleague. I stood there for five minutes waiting to place my order, but she didn't greet me or get up to assist me. Feeling disrespected, I decided to leave without ordering. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

This Subway is located inside Walmart. Unfortunately, the customer service is lacking, and the sandwich I ordered wasn't fresh. The bread was hard and not even toasted. On the bright side, the cookies were delicious.

Fantastic staff, delicious sandwiches, and a wonderful dining experience!

Worst manager ever. Not very pleasant likes arguing with customers. Rude as well. I seen it personally and don’t allow someone who is disabled to sit for periods of time while wife works inside Walmart. I know he gives me evil eye. I bought a lot there. No more service from me. Don’t know how to treat people and don’t seem to like me on my wheelchair sit there harming no one. Many talk to me and I gave them business as well. No more. Thanks to the manager or so called one
