Carrie and her daughter were amazing when I found out my wedding cake in 2020. You and I called a zoom about the pandemic and let me tell you. She even heard and suggested things when I wasn't sure for the pages. When my cake was delivered on my wedding day, I came to see it, and I started crying from joy! She made my wedding cake even better than I imagined being on the phone. The cake was AMAZING! it tasted like she baked it will care and love. For Star-a-Licious? I won't come back soon. I called and told the girl I talked to what I wanted for my husband's birthday party. Jack Daniel's theme, and I'll bring all the decorations I wanted. I told her I wanted the happy birthday on the bottom of him, so there would be room to fill a Jack Daniels bottle with tea on the top. I told her I wanted a caramel color that corresponds to Jack Daniel's color. She said it wasn't a problem. I left some of the decorations a few days after my order, and I told her that I would bring the Jack Daniels bottle with tea to the day I pick it up. She still said no problem. On the day of my husband's birthday I came this morning to fall out of the bottle, I knew it would be too big out of a bottle, but I came in to see what size I needed. And the Lord who helped me asked if I wanted to see the cake and I said wait? It's done already? He said yes, it's here, he showed it to me and I said wait a minute I didn't want the happy birthday on the top of the cake because I put 'm in a bottle on the top. A woman came up from behind and said no, we can't put a bottle on the head we're not allowed to treat alcohol, I said well, I said the lady that it's going to be alcohol, it would be tea to make it look like it was Jack. And why is the freezing yellow with baby blue sugar points? She said it must have been a false communication. I thought of my self I "I'm sorry, but who in their right mind would put baby blue sugar points on the yellow frosting for a Jack Daniels theme?. It was too late to complain about it and ask them to change it, the party was only in a few hours. So I never objected to being back later to pick it up. I was so irritated that she didn't listen to how I wanted the cake I had that someone would pick him up later. And the prices on it was almost as much as my wedding cake was when everything she did was it, I brought all the decorations. I can only say I miss Carrie and her staff.

The decoration of my cake was amazing! But that was my fifth cake I ordered. I ordered four cakes when Carrie owned the store and I never had problems. Carrie has made my wedding cake and birthday cake occasionally for me and family members. This cake was the most dry cake I ever had from here. The top layer of my wedding cake a year later tasted like it had just been made this day. I was informed that the bakers are the same and not something I can believe. I visited the restaurant a few days after my shower and the gentlemen took my information and said someone would call me. A few days later I noticed that no one stopped, so I called and the woman who replied that the owners would give me a call. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that I am receiving to the point that I do not see that I buy something from here at all.

Nice cake????? We've been ordering Carrie in the last three years. You did a great job to mix pictures together to get exactly what I did for my men surprise 40. It looked like him, very impressive. It was my first time to order a red velvet cake (note: the freezing was not the traditional cream cheese that comes with red velvet) With tip it came to about $100, a bit expensive for a birthday party, but the cake was exactly what I wanted. Last month I ordered cupcakes for my sons' birthday I forgot them on Saturday for his party on Sunday (they are closed Sundays) They waited for us to get them what was really nice. They didn't have the 3 mini-cheeks ready when we were there, so they got us something together so we had it. My children love these little cakes. We appreciated it! I added pictures of some other cakes for reference.

This is my third cake from this great decor. Customer service is amazing by email and personal. You surprised me twice with a minicake for birthdays I ordered. The cake is rich and moist. Thank you for your attention to detail and make sure big cakes.

This place makes it easy to order a cake and they go above and beyond to exceed your expectations! I had a picture of what I wanted and they made it exactly as I requested. It was the easiest way I?ve ever ordered a cake, all done online and I could even pay online. This is my new go to bakery! And, the best part was the cake was delicious!
