Pho 78 Vietnamese - Virginia Beach

This is my first time at this restaurant. I ordered the Tai-nam Chess Pho soup, which was really delicious. However, I found the cinnamon flavor to be a bit too strong for my liking. The soup had a generous amount of meat and the atmosphere gave off a summer vibe.

This restaurant is a pretty good spot to have pho. The pho itself was tasty, but the atmosphere was a bit chaotic. It seems like the restaurant may have been understaffed during our visit.

This was possibly the best dining experience I've had in the past 15 years of visiting my family. The staff and owners are attentive, providing excellent service, and the restaurant is impeccably clean.

As for the complaints about the staff, I would ignore them completely. The staff at this restaurant are from Vietnam and may not speak perfect English, but they are not trying to be bothersome. Personally, when I go out to eat, I am there for the food and not for constant attention. Surprisingly, if you ask for something, they are quick to bring it out without any issues. The owner is also very cool and reminds me of the character who owns the bar in 'Good Morning, Vietnam'.

Pho 78 is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Virginia Beach. I have tried many others in the area, but Pho 78 stands out with the best Pho and a wide selection of dishes. Make sure to try one of their delicious boba teas when you visit. As a waitress myself, I have always received excellent service at Pho 78. The staff is quick, attentive, and always bring a smile to the table. I highly recommend this restaurant to others.
