Panera Bread - Virginia Beach

Love eating, found only one person with customer service. they screwed up my command, was darkened, they made it go. I have the wrong smoothie. miles was great and apologised for the whole team. back there was a really rude lady. not only with me, but also with other customers. they do not have to be around customers.

Eier, speck and cheese on asiago was great! Unfortunately, the floors were so sticky that you heard every footsteps and coffee was not filled. why they just left a person at the front who makes 3 jobs is beyond me. hopefully my next visit will be more pleasant

Because you do not answer the phone and the customer service does not work. When I didn't ask for a bun on my salat, it wasn't sweat. now I'm back at work and sucking with a $5 salat I can't eat.

This is our first time at this place that eating was excellent our waitress hit even a way to save a few dollars by ordering a combo. as we are in the rest, we have so appreciated their help. I asked for some paper towels to wipe my chair, she insisted on doing it herself. she checked us later to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. her name is april both her dave made sure we were satisfied with our experience. every company needs workers like them!

I typically like going to Panera, but this was my first visit to this particular location. The staff seemed busy but were still helpful. However, the food and drinks didn't meet the usual standards. The lemonade had a strange taste, like it was mixed with another fruity drink. The food was hot, but it tasted old. Overall, I was not satisfied with this location and I don't plan on going back. Hopefully they can improve because they have the potential to be better.
