Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We ordered chicken tenders and pot pie with a side of grits. Everything was good but the grits were lumpy.

I ordered a Thanksgiving holiday meal for pickup, and everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, the pickup process was smooth, and the staff were wonderful.

I was extremely disappointed! I attempted to place an order through the app, but it constantly encountered errors and wouldn’t load anything into my cart. So, I ended up calling in my order and picking it up. When I arrived, the staff member said she only needed my phone number to add my rewards points, but then claimed that there was no account associated with that number! I’ve had my account for over eight years! Unfortunately, the food did not meet Cracker Barrel's usual standards; it lacked the flavor I’ve come to expect. The meatloaf was dry, and the fried chicken was soggy. Overall, this was not a good experience.
