Chipotle Mexican Grill - Virginia Beach

Gave this location another chance after receiving a really bad dish last year. Mistake. Took an extra 20 mins from promised delivery time. Most disappointing is the chips were stale. :

A pretty standard Chipotle, however the place could definitely have been better cleaned. Additionally, when I used the restroom there were no paper towels. I expected a hand dryer or something to dry my hands with and was unfortunately left with wet hands. The food however, was pretty standard for Chipotle and I had no complaints in that regard.

Don’t eat here my mom posted her review on her nasty food that made us sick and as you can see it’s not up here. The manager was so disrespectful to my mommy. I hate this Chipotle and their nasty sick food. It made my new baby sister sick too. My pinto beans on my burrito tasted zingy and smelled like old soapy dish water. No seriously! I gave my food to my dog.

Worst chipotle in the city!!! I ordered a carnitas bowl, with everything. They had no corn salsa which can understand possible running out, but how can you charge me for a carnitas bowl, and not give me any carnitas? When I complained they gave me a tiny bowl of carnitas. REALLY? I mean I can understand if they was busy, but I was the only customer in the restaurant. I would complained to the manager, but I doubt it would have did any good. It seems they just don’t care about their customer. Well they lost my business, and I know from experience because I’ve owned and managed restaurants, and the customers are the one’s who pay the bills. You don’t take care of your customers then you don’t have a job.

Consistently the worst Chipotle in the region for online orders. Maybe one in 3 meals will be well-prepared but ingredients are consistently cold/dry/old. Don't ever order guac there as it will come out BLACK every time. This is not an exaggeration, picture attached. Order elsewhere.
