The At Vineland Estates Winery

The menu does not indicate which dishes are gluten-free, but the staff was very knowledgeable about celiac disease. I was assured that I could order any dish and they would make substitutions with my approval. I was able to enjoy a 5-course dinner with special gluten-free substitutes for the pasta dishes, maintaining the same flavors and pairings as the original. The restaurant is upscale and therefore quite pricey, but the dining experience was incredible and I was able to enjoy my meal without any concerns.

The wait staff at the restaurant was very helpful in explaining what dishes I could and couldn't eat each time they brought a plate to the table. They were accommodating when there was no alternative on the fixed menu, and happily substituted other options. Instead of the listed appetizers, I was served a delicious butternut squash soup, and for dessert, a refreshing sorbet.
