The Grove - Vine Creek

We don't come here often. The meals were very good, with no complaints about service. My only complaint is their gaming room was not a good experience for me.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, and the customer service is exceptional. Pauline, in particular, is amazing. She greets you like a friend and makes you feel very welcome. We come here for dinner every week, and thanks to Pauline, we plan to continue this tradition. Management, you are lucky to have such a gem of an employee like her.

I wrote a scathing review some 3 years ago. Went back recently, what a difference. Staff pleasant courteous and most helpful. Food was excellent service fast I considered the prices reasonable. So 5 stars these days thanks keep up the good work. Doug.

Great first impression, the place was lovely and clean. As it was my first time here, I didn’t realise we had to line up at the bar to order so ended up waiting at the table for someone to come to take the order. Would have been nice if the staff had advised me this after taking me to my table. Before I realised this myself, the queue was already quite long, a bit disappointing. Ordered steak

I was a bit disappointed that our mixed drinks did not come with ice and that the pork ribs were very fatty. My wife's Neptune's plate steak was also quite fatty. We had the same meals two weeks ago and everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. In conclusion, the restaurant needs to maintain their standards as we left feeling disappointed.
