Rice Buffet - Vine Creek

Great self service of buffet foods. plenty of choices. sushi, desserts and plenty of other delicious things, i can't eat chinese foods, but i did find plenty of other interesting food to eat there. great prices too.

What a fantastic experience. Great service. Great food. Great variety. Everything was so fresh. Loved the steamed dim sims. They melted in my mouth. Best calamari I’ve ever had. Actually I loved all of their food. Can’t wait to go back to Mackay and Rice Buffet.

Had an amazing birthday dinner with my mum last Night! A ridiculously low price of $20 for beautiful fresh and tasty food! If you are in Mackay at any time don’t miss it. By the way they should double their price at a minimum

We joined family friends for a group celebration lunch here and were so pleasantly surprised. Being a buffet, we were 'iffy ' about how things would be but everything was freshly cooked and very tasty with no oiliness. Desserts were also amazing and the wine and beer list, whilst limited, was very reasonably priced. If there was anything to complain about, it would be the slowness to replenish food and the lack of service in clearing plates. With a group of 20+, staff could have been a little more attentive. Otherwise a great value lunch and we would definitely return for another feast!

I did the very first review of the Rice Buffet and gave it a glowing review. However, over the last year or so it has crawled downhill hardly the fresh, abundant food that has been offered in the past. Food wasn 't bursting with freshness (as it has been in the past) especially the prawns. Everything was just a 'bit sad and sorry '. Disappointed as this was a great option for we Senior citizen who are looking for a fresh, affordable meal.
