Restaurant Delphi

After my great experience on Tuesday at the Straublwirt in Passau, I used something again (traurige Reality and I arrived at a lunch table Greek at lunchtime when I had to do some things in Vilshofen. And my expectations, not too high, were largely confirmed. But in turn: The Delphi is located in Vilshofen in a side street of the Vilshofen-Aidenbach street (or Ortenburg , parking is abundant in front of the house, in the restaurant leads a stage, toilets on the same level. SERVICE: I was greeted by entering kindly and could pick up a table and looked for a favorable for the pictures. Unfortunately, due to the diffuse illumination, I did not have any pictures from the interior. I got my card and was asked about my drink request. OK, bright day, car, there are not much options, so a big detail. When the drink came, I was asked for my food request. Otherwise there is not much to say for operation, clothes were everyday clothes. A bit of a wordbox and lustless everything worked, but was OK, OK means 3 stars. ESSEN: The menu is the well-known folder, there are Monday to Friday (except Tuesday's discounted lunches (so to the 20, total there is approx. 100 positions on the map. Too much to cook really fresh. My expectations fell accordingly. After a short time the salad came, which at best was average. A little too much oil in dressing, 08/15, nothing Greek and sooo super fresh he was no longer. To the salad came an ouzo (but not the one for the good friends. Then my Gyros special came with Metaxa sauce and cheese baked rice. After a short time, my food, the rice in cup form, came on a plate with a small salad set, the meat in an oven dish, hot steaming. From taste it was OK, whether at a price of less than 6 euros, but really high-quality ingredients were used is more than doubtful. It definitely stuffed well and I didn't make the whole portion. At home, I would have calculated this amount of food for two people. There is no more to say OK 3 stars. I can't go out with the best will. AMBIENTE: It could be really nice, the room is an old brick vault (maybe it was once a stable or a remise beautiful tables and chairs. It's a bit dark. What is not so beautiful: on the one hand in the main room of the old linoleum floor: flaws, cracks etc... and on such floor you can still clean like this, it looks just dirty. That's just not nice and gives huge deductions in the B note. Background music was a Greek radio station (so pop music, but also annoying if you don't understand wide parts of the spoken texts. Just as OK, so 3 stars SAUBERKEIT: It was so clean, but as I said, the floor did not look clean due to the damage. That's why there's only OK here, so three stars. PLV: The food was not the hit now, but with 5.70 unbeatable cheap and you can get tired of it. That is why there are even benevolent 4 stars here, because the expectation has finally been fulfilled (favourably and quickly getting rich). FAZIT: A simple Greek just like his two countrymen in Vilshofen. Not to discover something culinary, but to get tired. However, there will be no further visit, there are too many alternatives around the world. Oh, yes, there was no evidence, so of course you can calculate...

Ich besuche das Restaurant Delphi regelmäßig (immer wenn ich in der Nähe bin) und konnte bisher immer günstig und sehr gut essen. Was ich besonders gut finde, ist die sehr schnelle Küche. Kaum bestellt man sein Essen, ist es auch schon dar. Ich werde hier noch oft Essen gehen und kann es jedem anderen nur empfehlen.

A great restaurant! The quality of food and taste are top! The service always super... Friendly, helpful and always go to the wishes! Lovely decorated and especially super child-friendly! Every visit is beautiful!
