I had many times the opportunity to eat in this restaurant, the last time yesterday at Bagnacaudaday. The specialty has been prepared in an exceptional way, goodness has passed the recipe of grandmother! Chatting with the chef I got to see the anchovies, the main ingredient of the dish, which were used.
