Had dinner here with friends and family, after being recommended to go here by an acquaintance. Service was very slow, they brought us an antipasto with anchovies and butter and no bread, maybe I was supposed to spread the butter on my hand. Then the...pasta we ordered was so overcooked that it was actually mushy and boiled to the point that it was disintegrating. They also brought my fiancée a different dish than what she ordered and she had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make the actual one. At the end of it, after we gave them our feedback, they were extremely arrogant and laughed in our faces. I don't mind food that has been cooked wrong, but I do mind this attitude and because of this I recommend you don't go here.

I ordered the Castelmagno cheese dumplings. After two tastings, I had no doubts: they were dumplings with cream in which Castelmagno was not perceivable. The two people who were with me tasted them and said the same thing. I told the waitress and asked her...to add a good dose of grated Castelmagno. She brought my plate back to the kitchen. Shortly thereafter she came back saying that the cook apologized, that he had redone the dish and that now the dumplings had a strong taste of Castelmagno cheese. I tasted them again. Castemagno continued to be not perceivable to taste, but pepper had been added. I did not insist and I ate them. The chief waiter asked me if I liked the dish after the change. I told her that Castemagno was still not perceivable to taste and that pepper had been added. She told me that they cook the dumplings by combining the cream with a slightly seasoned Castelmagno that has a very light taste. This is to make sure that the flavor of the dish can suit everyone. I do not discuss the choice of the chef to use Castelmagno that is not seasoned, but, if a customer points out that its taste is almost inconsistent and asks to add grated Castelmagno, he can not be served the same dish with an addition of pepper !
