4 Ciance - CUNEO

Experimental Italian cuisine. Excellent and friendly service. But it's a hit and miss. The main courses were amazing, but i'm not fond of the starter and dessert. Some ingredients didn't combine well, some were too bland while others were overwhelming. Price/quality isn't great at all.

We loved it , food and service and therefore left a good tip! We had had so many snack before coming for dinner that we ordered only one starter and 2 main courses ; The chef was so kind to divide the starter onto 2 plates instead of serving 1 plus an empty plate, as many others do .. ; We did appreciate this small gesture very much; It seems that the menu is not always the same when looking at the pictures of other guest, so we will be back at 4 Ciance to try other dishes on our next trip to Cuneo!

Each time an amazing evening with outstanding food perfect service. It’s possible to enjoy a cosy dinner for 2 or even a bigger group is served perfectly.

Dinner and in the general restaurant that hit me a lot. wander for work at wedge, wanting, in the evening, to make a good dinner I move on some crossings of via roma (the main course. ) I see a free table in the room from the outside and after confirmation of availability, inside. I do it short, degotation menu because of the 4 courses 3 were the ones I would choose from the card anyway. before the start a great welcome (photo,) the courses were all excellent and also plentiful considering the level of the restaurant (insomma non ocite hungry). kind, careful but not personal cold. dishes presented well and explained on arrival with large or local raw materials. specific cutlery for each flow. homemade bread grissini that I had to ask not to return (they were already ready for a refill as they were said at fast food) because at the first I had emptied the plate holder, rather the idea of rice under the bread. All right, I don't drink wine but on the walls more than a few bottles you could see. I think I've spent a lot less than dinner. Congratulations.
