Pizza Hut - Village of Weston

I spent 20-30 minutes just trying to place an order over the phone using credits on my account from and order that took 1hr and 45min to show up cold. I've worked at pizza hut locations, it's not that hard, the credits are on my account when you pull up my phone number.

Order a stuff crust pepperoni with extra sauce, and they forget the pepperoni and extra sauce. Such a simple order to mesh up very disappointed

Quality pizza in a timely fashion.If you are looking for table service or fountain soda this is NOT the pizza hut for you.Now with that said, the people who took my order and served my pizza was extremely friendly.It was very clean inside when I was there. No accounting for tomorrows crew.

The tables were all dirty, Please staff told us they didn't have batteries for the remote to turn up the television. So we could hear what was on while we waited for our pizza. Fortunately the pizza was Great!

I doordashed a large 16 inch pepperoni pizza and even payed an extra $3 for extra pepperoni and got a grand total of 6 pepperoni. The crust was paper thin and instead of being gooey and warm it was hard and cold. Quite literally crunches when you bite it. I attempted to call Pizza Hut and when I began to explain what was wrong they proceeded to hang up on me not once but twice. I am livid and wanted not a refund but a discount or even a simple apology. While I was on hold I noticed the lady said every pizza is made with perfection, however I am NOT blown away.
