Bubbakoo's Burritos - Village of Monroe

Ordered online and was charged, came to pick up in store and order didn't exist in the system. Was told to reorder my items and then was charged even more in store for the same order. I asked the manager to try and fix this since I had already been charged and they now requested an additional increased payment and was told that there is nothing they can do in store to help me. Unfortunate this was the service I received with no solution and then being told to pay twice for my food.

Consistently get the order for pick up/delivery wrong. The food is good but the people preparing are not very good at their jobs. They are either not well trained, or don't care about the accuracy of the meals they prepare. More than once I have placed an order for pick up or delivery and the order was wrong. It makes food taste worse when you have to drive 10 minutes back to get the correct item. By the time you get back home with the correct the food, all other food is cold.

Ordering was easy enough. First timer, I tried hibachi steak and shrimp with rice topped with jalapeños cheese sour cream and guac which they were pretty generous with which was cool. The meal tasted ok nothing to rave about but it was very acceptable. Shrimp and steak were ok, was cooked decently, was hoping for more flavor but the toppings helped . Also ordered sweet chili wings which literally tasted like the sweet chili sauce I buy at the store, really thought they had their own recipe sauce(s) so that was disappointing. Beside that the chicken was so-so as well. I would probably try them again but I wouldn't go out of my way.

Fast, good food, made fresh. Service was great and the restaurant was clean. My wife found keto friendly options. Good place

My burrito was absolutely stacked with everything I ordered and looked majestic when cut transversely to see it's stuffing! However, one major remark would be the quality of the tortilla they use isn't the best I suppose as it ceases to hold it's intergrity and becomes soggy and chewy as time passes, a double wrap would make a huge difference in the experience. Burrito bowl was exceptional and seemed to use all fresh ingredients. The guacamole and chips seemed to be extremely stale and flail. Guacamole came in a prepackaged tiny box with a large bag of soggy chips this definitely made a dark mark.Vegetarian options: Build your own burrito.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu.
