Billy's Ice Cream - Village of Clyde

Ice cream was good but took a very long time to make the 3 shakes.

I would like everyone to know I am very displeased with theirs service, not the workers but the manger and her family. It’s very unprofessional that her family is running that place and treats it like a hangout when most of them don’t even work there. Nasty comments have been made about customers from them and I will not be showing my face again.

I stopped in while on on a 62 mile bike riding day while on the Ride the Erie Canal bike tour. They serve a very good brand of ice cream. It is only a couple of blocks from a haunted bed and breakfast. Good value. Generous portion for the price.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The waitress took everyone’s orders, including those from other tables who arrived after us, and she prepared each order one at a time. I was taken aback when I asked why people who came much later received their ice cream before my children, who ordered cones. When I found out that Sundaes were made first because they were “easier to prepare all at once,” it felt unfair. I didn’t come in with the group that arrived after us. I thought the process was supposed to be: take the orders, collect the payment, and then prepare the ice cream for the customers who purchased it. Unfortunately, she messed up the orders, had a bad attitude, and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I won’t be returning.

The seating area needs better shade to fully enjoy your ice cream.
