I often call Soupkultur the Soup Nazi because if you don 't get there early, you will spend a long time in a line that goes out the door and down the street. From the surface, it reminded me of the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. Don 't...worry, inside you will find a young, energetic and friendly staff. They offer perhaps eight soups and eight salads each day and everything is made fresh. I 've found the soups to be a varied lot, but the salads are all amazing! Seating is limited to a handful of tables and chairs outside so expect to get your meal for 'take away '. Also, they are only open for lunch, something like 11:30-3:30. Just remember, get there early!
We were caught by rain and fortunately came to the right place to hide: thai chicken mango suppe was incredibly tasty came here again for him the day after. prices are very low. the staff is very polite and fluent in English.
We wanted a healthy lunch and this place was perfect! we had a suppe with carrots, sweet potatoes and cocosnuss and it was fantastic! we also had a chicken soup with sweet and a little spicy, perfect for the cold weather. the salads we tried were ok, fresh ingredients, but nothing special. they had no English menu, but the staff was very helpful and helped us decide.
On a cold, snowy day (dez 17). good aromen, but the fact that the suppe was hardly warm is very disappointing. they have asked if it is possible to use microwaves and say that they do not heat it up.
