Arby's - Vidalia

I'm dependent on Beef and Cheddars. But the new Mac and cheese will quickly become my favorite. Hopefully it is a permanent menu addition! Always good service at this point.

I highly recommend trying the Roast Beef when you visit this place.

Arby's used to serve great food, but its quality has declined over time. The roast beef they serve now is not as good as it was 20 years ago. However, their sandwiches are still good - not too salty or greasy. The rolls are always fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, the shakes are not as good as they used to be.

I had a great time at the restaurant, my crispy chicken sandwich was delicious. Megan, my server, had a lovely and positive energy. The sandwich met my expectations, with perfectly seasoned chicken. The only downside was the lack of contactless payment options, which I believe was a missed opportunity in 2020.
