We were a party of 5. My husband ordered an entree (which they forgot to serve) then we ordered 4 main dishes and 2 different rice. Steamed and Coconut Rice. I was sharing my dish with my 5yr old grand daughter. It was nearly an hour after placing our order and we constantly kept asking when is our food coming. My husband ordered coconut rice and beef massaman curry. The curry came but with steamed not coconut rice. The next dish came 15mins later. Mine came 8 mins later. We then waited another 15mins for the birthday girl to receive her stir fry. The carrots and broccoli were raw. We decided we were only going to pay 50% of the bill. I told my story to multiple staff staff. Initially the bill was $87 dollars and they offered to take off $80. I said I would pay $40 or not.pay at all. We finally came to an ageememt of. $50. Prices are reasonable ie $15.50 for a.main meal but service is terrible. If someone had of come to us and explain why things were taken so long would of gone elsewhere or I would have gone over the road and purchased Sushi for my grand daughter. We came to the restaurant at 6.15pm and last dish served was after 8pm. My grand daughter ate plan steamed rice to curb her appetite.
Have eaten here several times and enjoyed every meal. Service can be a little slow but they are friendly and professional.Love tge pad see ew and tamarind prawn dish and their fried rice is good too.Would highly recommend. Its byo too which is good.
If they can do a great curry puff and a sweet, salty, tangy, spicy duck red that doesn't rip my head off; you can guarantee I'll be happy and I'll come back. Thai Victoria didn't disappoint. The curry puffs were fantastic. I could have eaten 27 (28 would have just been greedy). We ordered 2 entrées and 2 mains with rice and we would have had enough food to take home for lunch the next day. I didn't love the deep fried ice-cream, but the curry puffs more than made up for it.
Great food with friendly staff is a combination that is hard to beat. Will be coming back gain in the near future.
Decided to try a couple of dishes on their lunch menu. We ordered Mongolian beef and a Chicken red curry to take away. The dishes actually tasted ok but the vegetables they used (and plenty of them ) were old. The beans had black mould spots on them. Judging by my beans I sometimes find at the bottom of my fridge I would have to say theirs were at least two weeks old. The capsicum also were just pieces off the end so I am presuming the bad bits had been cut off before cooking... Same for the zucchini . You could see where the bad bits were cut out. I know we all probably do this at home but when you are paying good money you expect fresh. Won't be going back.
