Applebee's Grill

I haven't been to a restaurant that was so terrible. The waitress was new, and she was trying. But she was getting no help. You heard other employees talking about each other. Food service was so slow. It's just too much to say. I'm just surprised they are still open.

Slowest Applebee's waited an hour for one thing of chicken for a to go order never again...and it wasn't packed inside restaurant either I went at 4 pm didit leave until 445 and when a customer comes in they just ignore us and we have to physically get there attention..the worst!!

Julie was awesome! Great personality, and truly makes a connection with all her guests. Give this girl a raise!

Kellin had a great attitude also very fast with food and drinks and no attitude I enjoyed her and very respectful.Kid-friendliness: Very!!

This place just needs to shut down and make room for something worth while. The one in Lithia Springs is miles better. The service here leaves so much to be desired and the food was mediocre at best. Of corporate cares about this store AT ALL, they need to step in before it bites the dust like the one in Hiram.
