I understand that being short-staffed can be challenging, but my friends and I waited in line for over 35 minutes with no one ahead of us. When we reached the intercom to place our order, my friend had to repeat her order four times. Once we finally got to the window, all of our drinks were incorrect. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but what pushed me to write this one was the way the woman at the drive-thru window responded. She immediately became defensive and snatched our drinks back when we pointed out the mistakes. Her unkind attitude really spoiled our morning after such a simple interaction. I won't be returning again.
This is definitely the best Dunkin’ in town. They are always consistent, friendly, and quick. Every morning, I’m greeted by the same warm faces and smiles; they even remember my name and my order. This really reflects positively on their management and the work atmosphere. The team here truly makes my mornings brighter — every single day. I feel like I love them like family, even though I don’t know them personally!
Coffee was great, customer service was very pleasant.
Something has definitely changed since they hired new faces. Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin’ store. And from the looks of previous complaints I’ve read I’m not the only one. For the past month or two I have been going to this location or the one on highway 5. Because they can’t seem to make Carmel macchiato right. It’s a hit or miss. I try to avoid this location because I’m tired of having to come back 2 and 3 times because the drink is wrong. I have been buying this same drink for years and recently it’s been a mess. I didn’t ask for flavored Carmel milk with a drop or two of expresso. The guy today made my blood boil black guy with dreads he was so rude and arrogant. I asked him to please make sure my drink is correct. He responded rudely. When I picked up the drink it was already mixed and tasted horrible. I told him at the window it was incorrect. He abruptly told me to go to the 2nd window. Less than a minute he came to the window with the same drink. Basically he mixed new milk then added some of the drink from the first cup. I tried it even though I knew it was wrong. It tasted like extremely sweet Caramel milk. I immediately went back through the drive thru and got refunded. I’m going to invest in a espresso machine and buy the supplies to make my own. This was the last straw. And from what I see from previous reviews management obviously doesn’t care because not one time have they responded or made it right with any customer who listed a complaint. 6.00 for a drink is a lot for it to be wrong. In the last two months they have remade my drink over 20 times. Isn’t that waste or money the company could be using????
