I really don't want to write this review because I truly love Tecate and have been a loyal customer for years. However, my experience tonight was quite disappointing. The service started off well, but once my check was printed, I felt completely overlooked. I always find it a bit confusing whether to pay at the table or at the front, as different servers have different approaches, and they usually take my card at the table. So, I ended up sitting there with my card on top of the check for about thirty minutes, while the server and what appeared to be the floor manager passed by several times without acknowledging me. It wasn't until I sighed after a phone call that one of them finally stopped to tell me to pay at the front. I couldn't believe they both saw me waiting for so long and didn’t think to say anything. I ended up wasting half an hour thinking they were just busy.

I had dinner here with some colleagues, so I can forgive the mistake they made with my order. The food was delicious, and the drinks were exactly what you’d expect. I really enjoyed their lime margarita during happy hour, which was reasonably priced and did not disappoint. Next time, I’ll have to try the strawberry margarita!

Best taco salad ever! We visit once a week for lunch, and they consistently serve great food and provide excellent service!
