Bistro V - Vestavia Hills

A great low key place to eat whether lunch or supper always great food and attentive servers . good creativity and use of seasonal vegetables and fruits . Well worth the visit .

For the first time the pasta dish I routinely get was different. Over all still tasted good, just was missing the cream based sauce in the dishes we ordered. Server was excellent.

The food and service is always absolutely amazing. One of my favorite restaurants in Vestavia.

Our appetizers (Salads) and entrees came out almost at the same time. For the prices paid at this restaurant, this should not happen unless the guests ask for it. I love this place and our server was fantastic otherwise, and I'm not even blaming the server. The kitchen needs to space meals out for the price tag of the food.
