Food delicious, but bathrooms are gross! In desperate need of renovation

This is our favorite Portillos location...same great food in a comfortable atmosphere, adequately lively but not overwhelmingly loud. The big beef, jumbo hot dog, chili cheese dog, and Maxwell Polish sausage are the best! Skip the fries initially, complete the survey on the receipt, then take the code back for a FREE fries.

I don’t like that you can’t see the menu when they take your order so I always look on my phone before ordering. I love hot dogs

Met up with an old friend and got some portillos! First time eating there since having to eat gluten free but I was pleased with how they made the hot dog. The French fries were good as well! Everything hit the spot and the staff was really friendly, funny and accommodating.

The Chicago dogs here are wonderful! The prices are very fair the food is exceptional !! Great service!
