Chili's Grill - Vernon Hills

Oh wow, I'm so sad to hear that this Chili's has closed. Hope it's just temporarily (as that's what their voicemail says). They were relatively close by and we could always count on them for a quick and easy family meal that didn't break the bank. We ordered curbside and never had any issues. Order was always correct and tasty. Favorites were the Carne Asada, Cajun Shrimp Pasta, and the Burgers.

Ordered the Rancher burger, it was good but not like the picture ? $16& change so a bit pricey-ish.?? I've been to this location many times, decent food and service. ??

Came to dine in and they said we had to wait even though half the desks were empty. We were told it if we ordered for pickup it will be faster. We ordered and waiting for pickup. We got the message to pick up and yet no one responds for 12 min. Such a sorry state of affairs. Never again.

Not impressed, sat for 10 minutes at bar area, no service then someone else come in they get seated and menus. Needless to say I left and will not be goin back.

We have 5 people they gave us a 4 chair table instead, the restaurant wasn't even busy. They just told us to pull up a chair. There was also a great shortage of people and that's why it was a wait but that was understandable unlike what happened with the table. The appetizer was quite stale because it seems like they were reheated and cooled down, which gave the stale taste. Mainly the service wasn't that great in general.
