Sierra Cafe - Verdi

There is rarely a host(ess) to put us, but I usually just go in and find someone. (mainly because I am an impatient MF). I've never met such a great staff, no matter what time we eat there. Friendly and personal. And if you have read any of my reviews, you know that I am very special in my judgment of the staff. But what the loudest speaks in the Sierra Cafe is, of course, the food. We had breakfast last time and I had ribeye steak and eggs. The steak is the first and most important part of the meal, because that makes the price. (If your eggs, potatoes or toast are not perfect, who cares? As long as the ribeye is good! But in this situation everything was good. The steak was perfectly carburized without influencing the perfect medium rarely. At home were Pommes and my over medium-sized eggs. My hat to the cook and I hope he's here when we go to the Sierra Cafe.

On the way to the city we had a great breakfast. Our young hostess was amazing, our waitress was very friendly. I think her name might have been. Cindy, she's very attentive. Filled our coffee/tea made sure our food was good... On the way out of town we stopped again because prices are not bad. The food is really good and usually people are friendly and very attentive, but then we sat. Our order was accepted. We got our drinks. We got our food and had to hunt our waitress to get our menu so we could go and that was the end of this big difference between morning and night. The food was great. The only reason why there are four stars is because the girl who helped us in the evening did not do her job.

The food here is okay, but the service was really good. Portions are really big. I ordered the new York steak and eggs. I'm not sure, but I think the steak was a bit over cooked for my pleasure. I don't know if the medium was cooked. The pineapples mimosas were small, but good.

I was snowed back to California. I went in to charge my phone and talk to my parents. Was really worried so far away from my parents all of me The staff of the restaurant were very friendly and allowed me to load my phone and one of the staff even spoke to me and ensured that I was fine. Whoever did this, thank you. The fries I bought at the end also tasted great! So if you don't care about their amazing hospitality, go for the Fritten
