That alone shows me that they have a passionate cook. I cook professionally for the past 12 years. That cook is nailing it. The salsa was fresh and delicious. The quacamole was perfect and again fresh . We both ordered chicken fajita empanadas with beans rice lettuce tomatoes and avo salad. Seriously impressed with the perfection. For only 2 customers on a weekend night, they sure are not cutting any corners. Thank you el Chalan for perfect dinner..we will definitely be back.
