Mcdonald's - Venice

I have two big macs with extra Mac sauce, a big frit and a 6 piece chickening happily eating. there was no extra Mac sauce, the pommes were cold and soggy, and they gave me a 4 piece when I paid for 6 pieces of nuggets. also the toy was no toy at all. it was a 3D paper card. about everything that is a giant salad. we will not choose this location again. very disappointing.

Once again wrong order when they did get the order it was tempted at best. And how do you not have fountain service drinks in an established restaurant like this on a regular basis ?

This McDonalds use to be good. Lately not so much. Ordered 2 cheese burger meal and got home and the cheese burgers aren't even wrapped up. The wrapper is just on top of them.

Incorrect order was returned and three tries later they still had gotten a simple order wrong. Very frustrating. I understand the staff shortages in general are an issue these days, but it was slow and they appeared to have sufficient staff. I usually refrain from negative reviews, but this is not the first time. It is however, my last time at this location.

8:30pmmean tone when ordering, Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes, with the most basic 9$ order. 1 car in front of us it was not busy. Then we pull up and its of course just highschool girls that don't care about anything Then we wait another 5 mins while the girl at the window is on her phone scrolling. Then of course our order is ice cold and neither the burger or fries are cooked. This is just classic mcdonalds everywhere at this point.
