Burger King - Venice

Here for a late lunch. fries hot and crispy, chicken nuggets- oh but hit, southwest burger hot and tasty, and coke has light ice cream as I asked. they wait, but it is worth it!

After a long morning on the beach. the insurance extremely friendly and chatty . we had their offer two meals with small chips etc. for ten dollars. excellent value.

Good people. the food was good. the french were a little dry. had to wait a few minutes (1 to 3) to cook for eating, but overall good.

I was approached by a homeless woman that asked me by the fountain station softly if I had any spare money. I said no and I was upset and irritated because I work very hard for my money and there is plenty of work of all kinds. The app rewards and coupons for some reason weren't working for me and that was a primary motivator to go. However the food was hot, and not everything we ordered was right. Food was correct and staff was friendly. I ended up going back in to the building to use the bathroom and I gave the woman money feeling guilty and said please don't waste it I work hard for this. I remember a time when I was desperate years ago and a complete stranger more than once handed me over 5, 10 or even 20 bucks even right at that very area. And I remember to pay it forward. I don't know what has happened to that woman or in her life and I don't need to. She was in need and was brave enough to approach me and ask. When I handed it to her she couldn't look at me feeling ashamed or embarrassed. I was stern because there are a lot of cons out there but I gave her the money because I believed that she wasn't one of them. Please remember like I had forgotten. Everyone goes through tough times at one point or another in their lives. Many financially but not all. And be kind to our fellow neighbor, for the sake of humanity. We all need a little more help and a lot less judgment, after all you never know if what is small to you could make the difference to change someone's life forever. The person I recall that gave me money was a cop. Said I reminded him of his daughter this was over 10 years ago, he also gave me his card and him and a female officer gave me a ride and bought me lunch. That little bit of money and compassion was enough to help me get through the next 2 weeks of my life. And when your homeless....that's a huge deal. God bless the cop that showed the gentler and softer side that we don't get to see in our officers too often. To protect and serve is what their job description is, but that day was so much more.

This place is amazing! Whoever runs this bk should be a poster child for how a bk SHOULD be run. Fries hot, sandwich delicious, drink was perfect! 10/10! If I could give it more stars I would!
